Grow92 AI is built for teams where the person writing a post is not always the person who signs it off. Roles decide who can do what, and the approval workflow makes sure nothing is scheduled without a yes from someone allowed to give it. Permissions are enforced by the server on every request — hiding a button in the interface is only a convenience.
The six roles
- Owner — full control, including billing, deleting the workspace and managing other owners.
- Admin — manages the workspace, team, social connections and all content; everything except billing and deletion.
- Editor — creates and edits content, campaigns, catalog and media, and works leads.
- Approver — reviews and approves content and can schedule approved posts.
- Analyst — views analytics and leads and can export data, but cannot change content.
- Client reviewer — reviews and approves content and views analytics for their own workspace.
Team & Clients shows the full permission matrix for each role.
Invite someone
- Open Team & Clients and choose Invite member. You need the Owner or Admin role; only an Owner can invite another Owner.
- Enter their email address and choose a role, then select Create invitation.
- If the person already has a Grow92 account, they are added immediately and notified in the app.
- Otherwise you get an invitation link. Grow92 does not send email yet, so copy the link and send it yourself. It is shown only once and expires after 7 days.
If a link is lost, revoke the invitation from the Invitations list and create a new one.
How approval works
- An Editor writes a post in Content Studio (manually or with AI) and saves it as a draft.
- They choose Submit for approval. Approvers are notified.
- Anyone who can approve — Owners, Admins, Approvers and Client reviewers — opens the Approvals tab in Content Studio and chooses Approve or Request changes, with a short note explaining what needs to change.
- Approved posts can be scheduled by Owners, Admins, Editors and Approvers. Editors cannot schedule a draft that has not been approved.
Edits after approval
If someone without approval rights changes the text, media, hashtags, call to action or platform of an approved or scheduled post, it goes back to draft, any queued publishing is cancelled, and it is marked “Edited after approval” so it must be approved again. Edits by someone who can approve count as their approval. Changing only organisational details such as the campaign does not affect status.
When someone with approval rights schedules a draft directly, that action counts as their approval and is recorded in the audit log.
Working with clients
Agencies should create one workspace per client. Each workspace has its own website, brand profile, catalog, content, social accounts, analytics and leads, and members only see the workspaces they were invited to. Invite clients as Client reviewer so they can approve content and view analytics without editing anything or seeing your leads. Switch between client workspaces from the workspace switcher in the sidebar.
