Essential cookie

When you sign in to the app, we set a single cookie named g92_session. It holds a signed session token that keeps you signed in, and it is strictly necessary for the app to work.

• Name: g92_session
• Purpose: keeps you signed in and identifies your session to our server
• Lifetime: 14 days, or until you sign out
• Flags: HttpOnly (not readable by page scripts), SameSite=Lax, and Secure (sent only over HTTPS) in production
• Set by: Grow92 AI (first party)

Signing out clears the cookie. Choosing “Sign out everywhere” in Settings → Security, or changing your password, invalidates your sessions on other devices too.

Browser storage for preferences

The app stores a few interface preferences in your browser’s local storage. They stay until you clear them, never leave your device and are not used for tracking.

• g92.sidebar.collapsed — whether you collapsed the sidebar
• g92.catalog.view — grid or list view in your catalog
• g92.media.view — grid or list view in the Media Library
• g92.reportPresets — report configurations you saved as presets
• g92.trialEndedDismissed — the workspace whose “trial ended” banner you dismissed
• grow92.automations.builderMode — whether you prefer the form or canvas view in Automations

Browser storage on the public website

• g92.consent.analytics (local storage, until cleared) — your analytics choice. Only stored when the operator has enabled analytics and you make a choice.
• g92.utm (session storage, cleared when you close the tab) — the campaign parameters (utm_source, utm_medium and similar) of the link that brought you to the website, sent with a demo or contact request so we know which campaign it came from.

Analytics

Grow92 AI does not set analytics cookies by default. Website analytics only runs if the operator has enabled it and connected a tag manager, and only after you choose “Accept analytics” in the consent banner. If you decline, nothing is recorded. Forms, booking pages and landing pages

Hosted capture forms, booking pages and their website embeds do not set cookies. They read campaign parameters from the page address to attribute a submission. Published landing pages run no scripts, set no cookies, and count views per day without storing IP addresses or user agents.

What we do not use

• No third-party advertising or retargeting cookies.
• No social media tracking pixels.
• No cookies that are sold or shared with data brokers.

Third-party requests

The app, hosted forms and booking pages load their fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser makes requests to Google’s servers. Images hosted elsewhere — for example product images found on a customer’s own website — are loaded directly from those sites. These requests can reveal your IP address to those providers, but Grow92 AI does not ask them to set cookies.

Managing cookies

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block the g92_session cookie, you will not be able to sign in. Clearing local storage resets the preferences listed above. When analytics is enabled, you can withdraw your consent at any time with the “Withdraw analytics consent” link in the website footer.
