Grow92 AI

Terms of service

Last updated

Draft — under legal review. This page has not yet been reviewed by qualified counsel and is not final. Items in [square brackets] are placeholders that will be completed before Grow92 AI’s commercial launch.

These terms describe the rules for using Grow92 AI. They are an agreement between you (and the organisation you act for) and [COMPANY LEGAL NAME]. Until they are final, they set out in plain language how we expect the service to be used and what you can expect from us.

The service

Grow92 AI is a marketing workspace that scans your public website and store, organises your catalog, brand and business facts, helps you create, approve and schedule content (including AI-assisted text, images and video), publishes to social accounts you connect, captures and manages leads, contacts, deals and bookings, runs automations you set up, hosts landing pages, and reports on results with every number labelled by its source.

Some features depend on configuration by the operator of your installation or on approval from third parties — for example an AI model, an email provider, billing, or developer apps and platform review for social publishing. Features marked as planned are not part of the service until they are released.

Accounts and workspaces

  • You must give accurate account information, keep your password secure, and be at least [MINIMUM AGE].
  • Each workspace has at least one Owner, who is responsible for the workspace, the people invited to it and the roles they are given.
  • You are responsible for activity carried out through your account and the workspaces you manage.
  • Agencies that manage client workspaces are responsible for having their clients’ authority to do so, and for the access they give client reviewers.

Your content and data

You keep ownership of everything you and your team add to Grow92 AI, including content generated with AI in your workspace, to the extent the law allows. You give us permission to store, process and transmit it only as needed to run the service for you — for example to send a post to a platform you connected.

You are responsible for having the rights to the content, images and data you upload or publish, and for everything you publish through Grow92 AI.

Where you store or collect personal data about other people — leads, contacts, form submitters, people who book appointments — you are responsible for telling them how you use it, for having a lawful basis, and for honouring their requests. Our data processing agreement [DPA REFERENCE] will apply to that data.

  • You may only email leads and contacts through Grow92 AI where you are allowed to under the laws that apply to you, including rules on consent and marketing emails.
  • You are responsible for the consent wording on your forms and booking pages, for recording opt-outs promptly, and for including whatever identification and unsubscribe information the law requires in the emails you send. Grow92 AI records consent and opt-outs and enforces approval steps and sending limits, but does not add an unsubscribe link for you.
  • You are responsible for the workflows you build and activate, including what they send or publish once approved.

Acceptable use

We may suspend a workspace that breaks these rules or puts the service or other customers at risk. Suspended workspaces are told the reason when they try to use the app.

  • Only connect websites, stores and social accounts you are authorised to use, and only save store credentials you are authorised to share.
  • Do not use Grow92 AI to publish unlawful, deceptive, defamatory or infringing content, or to send spam.
  • Do not use AI image or video features to depict real, identifiable people without their permission, to reproduce other companies’ logos, trademarks or characters, or to create sexual or violent content. Grow92 AI blocks prompts like these, and you must not try to get around those blocks.
  • Do not present AI-generated content in a way that misleads people about who made it or what it shows, where the law or a platform requires disclosure.
  • Do not attempt to access other workspaces, bypass permissions or rate limits, probe the service for vulnerabilities outside our reporting process, or disrupt the service.
  • Do not use custom domains or landing pages to impersonate others or to host content you do not have the right to publish.

AI output

AI features produce drafts. They can be inaccurate, incomplete or similar to other content even when grounded in your brand profile, catalog and Business Brain. Claim checks and guardrails reduce errors but cannot catch everything. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before you approve, publish or send it — the approval workflow exists to make that easy. AI output is not professional, legal or financial advice.

Third-party platforms and services

Publishing, account connections, lead ads, store syncs, email, billing and optional AI providers rely on third parties such as Meta, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, Google, Shopify, WooCommerce, WordPress, Resend, Stripe, Anthropic, OpenAI, Stability AI and Replicate. Their APIs, permissions and review processes are outside our control and may change, limit or stop what Grow92 AI can do with them. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms, which you must follow.

Plans, trials and payment

Plans set limits such as seats, connected accounts, AI generations, image and video renders and storage, and those limits are enforced in the app. New workspaces may start with a free trial. Paid plans are bought through Stripe Checkout and managed in the Stripe customer portal, when billing is enabled.

Prices, taxes, renewal, cancellation and refunds: [FEES, TAXES AND REFUNDS — business and counsel to confirm].

Availability and support

We work to keep Grow92 AI running reliably and publish a live status page, but we do not currently offer an uptime guarantee or service-level agreement. We may change or stop features, and will give [NOTICE PERIOD] notice of changes that materially reduce the service.

Ending your use

You can export your workspace data at any time from Settings → Data & privacy. An Owner can delete a workspace, and you can delete your account from Settings → Security. We may end or suspend access for serious or repeated breaches of these terms. After termination, data is kept as set out in [DATA RETENTION AFTER TERMINATION] and in the Privacy policy, including in backups until they are replaced.

Liability

The service is provided as it is today. Our liability and its limits, and any warranties, will be set out here following legal review: [LIABILITY CAP — counsel to confirm]. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by [GOVERNING LAW], and disputes will be handled by [COURTS / DISPUTE FORUM].

Third-party notices

  • Local image generation can use the SD-Turbo model. Powered by Stability AI. SD-Turbo is licensed under the Stability AI Community License.
  • Local text generation uses open models run through Ollama, and video rendering uses ffmpeg. Each is used under its own licence.
  • Social platform names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to identify the integrations.

Changes to these terms

We will update these terms before commercial launch and when the service changes. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated. For material changes we will notify workspace owners [NOTICE PERIOD] in advance.
