How can we help?
Straight answers about what Grow92 does today. If yours isn’t here, send us a message.
Getting started
Register with your name, email address and a password of at least 8 characters. Registering creates your first workspace and makes you its Owner. If someone sent you an invitation link, open that link instead and register with the same email address the invitation was sent to — you will join their workspace with the role they chose.
If your installation offers it, the sign-in page shows “Explore the demo workspace”. The demo uses clearly labelled sample data: its metrics are tagged Demo and its social accounts never publish. It cannot be deleted.
Connect your website from Website & Brand, review what the scan found, and complete your brand profile. The dashboard has a short getting-started checklist. After that, connect your social accounts (Owners and Admins) and create your first post in Content Studio.
A workspace holds one business: its website, brand profile, catalog, media, content, campaigns, social accounts, analytics and leads. Nothing is shared between workspaces, and people only see the workspaces they belong to. You can create more workspaces and switch between them from the workspace switcher in the sidebar.
Self-service password reset by email is not available yet, because this version of Grow92 AI does not send email. Please get in touch through the contact page and we will help you regain access. If you are signed in, you can change your password under Settings → Security.
Website & catalog
Any public website reachable over http:// or https://. Grow92 AI reads public pages only, respects robots.txt and refuses addresses that resolve to private or internal networks. Ownership verification is not yet available, so please only connect sites you are responsible for. Owners, Admins and Editors can connect a website.
It discovers pages from your sitemap and links, reads titles, descriptions and structured data, detects products, services or listings with prices and images, and suggests brand details such as your logo, colours, social profiles, audience and tone. Each scan reads a limited number of pages (currently up to 25), prioritising the ones most likely to describe what you sell.
No. Detected items wait in Review imports until you import or skip them, and brand suggestions are only applied when you choose them. You can edit an item before importing it, and move skipped items back to review.
Not automatically yet. Select Re-scan whenever your website changes, then review the new results. Scheduled re-scans and change detection are planned. Imported items can be edited at any time in your catalog.
Not yet. Website scanning works on any public site, including ones built on those platforms, but there are no direct store or CMS connectors today. They are on the roadmap.
Content & AI
AI generation, the AI Assistant and Auto Content Plan use the AI model the operator of your Grow92 installation has set up: by default a local open model run with Ollama on the server (no paid API key needed), or optionally Anthropic Claude. Until it is running, Settings → AI configuration shows its status and what to fix. Writing, saving, approving and scheduling content by hand all work normally.
Your brand profile (description, audience, tone, goals and calls to action) and your catalog are given to the model as context, and it is instructed to use only those facts. That reduces guesswork but does not replace review — every AI output is saved as a draft that goes through your normal approval workflow before it can be published.
Not with AI yet. Creative Studio lets you build designs from templates using your brand colours and media, and the reel planner helps you plan video scripts in text. AI image and video generation providers are planned.
From Content Calendar, choose Auto Content Plan, set a week or month, posts per week, platforms, goals and any blackout dates. The AI proposes a schedule you can edit or regenerate. Accepted items are saved as drafts on their planned dates; nothing publishes until each post is approved and scheduled.
JPEG, PNG, GIF and WebP images, MP4, MOV and WebM videos, and PDF documents. Files are checked by their actual content rather than their name. The maximum size is set by your operator (25 MB by default).
Publishing & social accounts
Facebook Pages, Instagram Business and Creator accounts, Pinterest boards and LinkedIn member profiles (text posts). TikTok and YouTube can be connected, but automatic upload is not implemented yet, so posts for them are scheduled as manual reminders. Each platform must first be set up by your operator with its own developer app.
Grow92 AI publishes through each platform’s official API, which needs a developer app registered by the operator of your installation, with a redirect URI of the form {API_URL}/api/oauth/<platform>/callback. Some permissions also need platform review — for example, Meta App Review for instagram_content_publish and pages_manage_posts. The card lists the exact settings required.
Instagram fetches media from a public HTTPS address, and posts need at least one image or video. Files uploaded only to Grow92 are not public unless your operator has configured public media hosting, so use media with an external https:// address. The account must also be a Business or Creator account linked to a Facebook Page.
If no account is connected for a post’s platform — or the platform does not support automatic publishing yet — the post is scheduled as a manual post. At the scheduled time your team gets a “time to post” reminder; publish it yourself and then mark it as posted.
The post is marked as failed with the reason, and you can retry from the post details panel. Grow92 AI retries temporary errors automatically. If an account’s access has expired or been revoked, Social Accounts asks you to reconnect it.
Team & permissions
Owner, Admin, Editor, Approver, Analyst and Client reviewer. Owners have full control including billing and deletion; Admins manage everything else; Editors create content and work leads; Approvers approve and schedule; Analysts view analytics and leads and export data; Client reviewers approve content and view analytics. Permissions are enforced by the server, not just hidden in the interface.
Owners and Admins can choose Invite member in Team & Clients. If the person already has an account they are added straight away. Otherwise you get an invitation link to copy and send yourself — Grow92 AI does not send email yet. The link is shown once and expires after 7 days; revoke and recreate it if it is lost.
Owners, Admins, Approvers and Client reviewers can approve. Owners, Admins, Editors and Approvers can schedule approved posts. If someone without approval rights edits an approved post’s text or media, it returns to draft and must be approved again.
Create one workspace per client and invite each client as a Client reviewer. They can approve content and see analytics for their workspace only, and cannot see leads or other clients’ workspaces.
Platform support staff can see summary information needed to operate the service. Opening a workspace’s content requires an explicit “join” action that adds them as a member, notifies your workspace and is recorded in the audit log, so it is always visible to you.
Account, billing & data
In-app checkout is not live yet. Settings → Billing & usage shows your current plan label and usage counters; to change plans, please contact us through the contact page. Plan limits are not enforced in this version.
Owners, Admins and Analysts can open Settings → Data & privacy and choose Download export. You get a JSON file with your workspace’s content, catalog, campaigns, leads, metrics and settings. Passwords, access tokens and other secrets are never included, and uploaded media files are listed by their metadata rather than bundled.
Only an Owner can delete a workspace, from Settings → Data & privacy, by typing the workspace name to confirm. Deletion is permanent and recorded in the audit log. You cannot delete your only workspace or the demo workspace — create another workspace first, or export your data and contact us to close your account.
Self-service account deletion is not available yet. Please contact us through the contact page and we will handle the request.
Open their lead in Leads & Engagement and choose Delete lead. It permanently removes their details and activity history from your workspace.
Go to Settings → Security and choose Sign out everywhere. Changing your password also signs out your other sessions. The same page shows your recent security activity, and Owners and Admins can view the workspace audit log.
