The planned WhatsApp integration will connect a WhatsApp Business Platform number to Grow92 so your team can follow up leads, keep conversations on the lead timeline and send pre-approved template messages. It is not available yet, and Grow92 does not send WhatsApp messages today.

No. The WhatsApp integration is planned. Today you can record leads, owners and activities in Grow92 and follow up from your own WhatsApp.
The integration will use the WhatsApp Business Platform. A number registered on the WhatsApp Business app generally needs to be migrated to the platform first.
Meta requires businesses to be verified before they can message customers at scale through the WhatsApp Business Platform.
